Payment: I prefer Paypal. You can pay securely by credit card, even if you don't have a Paypal account. I will also accept personal checks and money orders. North Carolina residents must add 7% Sales Tax.
Shipping: Village Flutes are shipped either via USPS Priority Mail or UPS. Insurance is available upon request.
Satisfaction Guaranteed: If you are not happy with your new flute for any reason, please contact me within one week of receiving it and we can arrange for either an exchange or a refund.
Warranty: Village Flutes have a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If cared for properly, these instruments will last for generations to come.
